Thank you for the information, but you are missing the point of my post and my problem with the import/downloads. This all started because @sk27 posted about an “avalanche of reports about Software glitches and malfunctions.” Rather than inquire about what those issues are, users instead responded there wasn’t an avalanche or really even an issue. I find this interesting; I have used the desktop app all the years I have used Turbo Tax. I think I tried something else for one year and then went back to Turbo Tax and never looked back. This year is a bit off but overall, most of my entries are done and for the sections that are still in process I won’t have the data for a few weeks after the date they posted. At no time would I ever say that the desktop app was not worth using.
